We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Environmental Services professional to join our team at Northwest Texas Healthcare System. As a key member of our housekeeping and environmental services team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
Responsibilities- Clean and disinfect patient rooms, common areas, and other hospital spaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness and infection control.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and disinfectants.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve the cleanliness and appearance of the hospital.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to management immediately.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions and record completed assignments.
- Previous experience not required, but 1-3 months of training is provided.
