Café Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Café Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our prepared foods team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food items daily, following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken.

• Food Preparation: Prepare fresh food items daily, following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken.
• Merchandise Management: Properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home to their families.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a prepared foods or café setting.
• Food Safety Certification: Possession of a valid food safety certification, such as a Food Handler's Card.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
