We are seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager who can excel in a high-volume operation by optimizing profitability and customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Dispatch work daily to Technicians so they can be efficient
• Maintain a Come back Log and update daily
• Maintain Tech hours on a daily basis and keep them motivated
• Make sure each Technician hits there weekly hours
• Monitor all shop equipment for operation and safety concerns
• Assist Service Director in Technician Training and Scheduling
• Maintains Technician schedule and approved time off
• The Service Director will be the final decision on time off
• Will assist if a technician needs guidance on a particular job.
• Does periodic quality checks on completed vehicles
• Make sure promise times are met for customers
• Ensures the shop is kept clean and free of dangerous or hazardous materials
• Road test customer vehicles when needed
• Must turn/produce at least 15 hours per week

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

• No prior experience or training.
• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year, inclusive of commission, and a comprehensive benefits package.
