Compassionate Healthcare Specialist

The position at DaVita involves delivering specialized care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in a hospital setting, with comprehensive training provided. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to manage patient care and coordinate efforts while adapting to a dynamic environment.
Candidates must have a current RN license and a willingness to provide care during varied shifts, with no prior dialysis experience necessary. No prior experience is required; DaVita provides a 10-12 week comprehensive training program.

Key Aspects of the Role:- No dialysis experience required
- Training may take place in a facility or a training center
- Potential to float to various facilities during and after your training
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
In this position, you will be part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment. Staff RNs are integral members of a small interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
You will deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities requiring unique treatment plans and leveraging a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge. This role also includes overseeing a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats, and machine setup.

Requirements:- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- This position requires successful completion of the pre-employment color blind test
- Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible
$70,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience
