POSITION SUMMARY:
InsideHigherEd is seeking applications for a faculty role in Therapeutic Massage. This is a 10-month instructional position focused on delivering quality education in the field of massage therapy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, the faculty member will be responsible for teaching a total of 33 credits annually, utilizing various instructional formats including live, hybrid, and online classes through the institution's learning management system.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
1. Promote a quality educational environment that emphasizes diversity and accessibility.
2. Uphold the values of integrity and accountability while fostering collaboration among students and colleagues.
3. Deliver courses in Therapeutic Massage and potentially other related subjects, adapting to various teaching modalities such as team-taught, evening, and online classes.
4. Integrate technology effectively into the curriculum to enhance student learning outcomes.
5. Assess student performance in alignment with institutional and programmatic goals.
6. Maintain scheduled office hours to support student engagement and academic success.
