The Global eDiscovery Services team is integral to providing strategic support to our dispute resolution attorneys and clients. In this fast-paced environment, you will work alongside a team of proficient eDiscovery technology experts, contributing to a culture that prioritizes quality service, celebrates achievements, and encourages professional development.

As a Senior Analyst within our eDiscovery Operations team, your role will involve overseeing case-specific data within our eDiscovery systems, including Reveal Brainspace and Axcelerate. A comprehensive understanding of various data formats is essential, and the ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in MS Access, SQL, and Python/JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft tailored analyses of diverse data sets, including messaging platforms and cloud services, employing SQL and Python/JavaScript for data normalization.
  • Guide and mentor colleagues in implementing these customized solutions.
  • Design and execute database queries to facilitate efficient data transfer and field mapping.
  • Validate, process, and manage documents within the eDiscovery platform.
  • Utilize SQL for effective database management and query optimization.
  • Develop and sustain Python/JavaScript tools to automate eDiscovery processing tasks and manage a local Git repository.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adhere to established processes and collaborate with analysts and the Operations Manager to enhance efficiency and accuracy across workflows.
  • Work closely with project managers to provide high-quality database and technical support services.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in eDiscovery processing within a law firm or legal service provider.
  • 3-5 years of practical experience with SQL databases.
  • Proficiency in Python/JavaScript for task automation and custom tool development.
  • Advanced skills in PowerShell, text editors (e.g., Ultraedit/Notepad++), and integrated development environments (IDEs).
  • Experience with Reveal and/or Axcelerate is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technology-assisted review (TAR), machine learning, and AI is a plus.
  • Commitment to excellence in project management, client service, and quality deliverables.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide after-hours and weekend support.
  • Capability to delegate tasks and train junior team members.
