About the Role

The Psychiatric Charge Nurse will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and support. Key Responsibilities:

Skill Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
  • At least one year of experience in psychiatric nursing, preferably in an acute care setting
