Job Summary:
Responsible for leading the development and optimization of supply chain strategies across the enterprise. Key responsibilities include data analysis, inventory management, and performance monitoring to ensure quality and production requirements are met.

Core Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating strategic business plans for the supply chain function.
• Develop and communicate production and capacity plans, encompassing both forward and reverse logistics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process efficiency and control through data-driven insights.
• Support master data management policies to ensure consistent and accurate information throughout the organization.
• Work with the Business Intelligence and Analytics team to develop reports, dashboards, and interfaces for planning applications.
• Partner with supply chain operations teams to implement effective vendor management models for third-party logistics providers.
• Leverage established Supply Chain systems, processes, and tools to enhance materials management, planning, forecasting, network optimization, and transportation management.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects to improve production quality and capacity related to forward and reverse logistics.
• Communicate project timelines, deliverables, and risks to the supply chain leadership team.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to execute the New Product Introduction process and implement necessary changes for new product ingestion into planning and reporting.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-5 Years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain Planning or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
