Salary
We offer a competitive pay rate, with estimated annual earnings ranging from $35,000 to $45,000, depending on experience and location. This figure is based on 20 hours of work per week and may vary based on individual circumstances. Our compensation package also includes opportunities for premium pay on shorter shifts and flexible weekly schedules.
Job Description
As a Senior Helpers caregiver, you will be responsible for providing companionship, assistance with daily living activities, and support with various tasks to ensure the comfort and well-being of our clients. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, participating in their favorite hobbies, preparing meals, and assisting with mobility and daily activities. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of client interactions and report any changes or concerns to our team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a caring and compassionate attitude, and a minimum of one year of experience working in a related field. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle are also essential requirements. Additionally, you must be able to pass both state and national background checks.
