Senior Solar Power Generation Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solar Power Generation Technician to join our team at BHE Renewables, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our solar power generation facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on solar inverters and associated equipment.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical and mechanical systems.
- Inspect and maintain electrical generation and distribution equipment.
- Collaborate with maintenance supervisor to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
- Document and report maintenance activities and results.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent Journeyman certification/qualifications.
- 5+ years of experience in solar power generation maintenance or related field.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work at heights, in high/low ambient temperatures, and high humidity areas.
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position that requires working in a normal plant and/or office environment. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective safety equipment and work in areas with rotating and energized equipment, hazardous materials, and chemicals.
