**Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Production Specialist to join our team at the Mount Holly Springs facility. As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for the assembly and manufacturing of high-precision timing devices, ensuring quality and accuracy in every step of the process.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Use of microscopes, soldering irons, hot air tools, epoxy dispensers, and small hand tools
- Machine operations to perform automated assembly functions
- Read and follow documents to determine proper assembly and processing procedure
- Soldering, epoxy dispense, and assembling of components at circuit board level
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good dexterity skills/hand-eye coordination
- Quality and safety minded
- Basic computer, math, and reading comprehension skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
**Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Previous assembly experience
**Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 3:30 pm - 12 am
