LPN Job Description

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Complete Care at Madison. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist RNs and LPNs with services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients.
  • Provide hands-on care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the RN or LPN.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • LPN certification in NJ.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
