Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our showroom operations, performing various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and implementing filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule meetings and events with clients and vendors
  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond accordingly
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems
  • Assist showroom guests and provide excellent customer service

We anticipate this position to be approximately $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, considering experience.

  • Proven administrative experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
