**Responsibilities:**

* Assist surgeons during operative procedures by passing instruments, medications, and dressings, and provide retraction assistance as needed.
* Inventory and prepare sterile set-ups, utilizing strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterile technique.
* Assist in preparing and moving patients, and maintain a clean and safe operating environment.
* Collaborate with charge nurses and nurse managers to ensure seamless patient care.
