Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Farmington Municipal Schools. As an EPO/Speech and Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for facilitating reduction or elimination of speech and language impairments that interfere with students' ability to benefit from the district's educational program.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Implement individualized programs for students.
  2. Participate in student planning and program development.
  3. Complete routine reports and tasks efficiently.
  4. Develop and maintain accurate records and reports.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students to achieve common goals.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • PED and Board License to practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with district policies and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
