We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist Trainee to join our team in a per diem capacity. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for assisting in the performance of MRI procedures under the guidance of a licensed MRI Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in patient procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and standards.
- Under direct supervision, demonstrate skill in equipment set-up, utilization, and proper maintenance procedure.
- Effectively assess patient information and status, and work directly with a MRI Specialist to follow appropriate procedure(s) accordingly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Physics/Sciences.
- Good communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include a Radiologic Tech License - NYS, Am Registry Of Radiologic Tech, and current student of approved American Registry of Radiologic Technologist program.
