NICU Nurse

We are seeking a skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at AdventHealth Parker. As a NICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.

• Assess patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records and clinical data.
• Evaluate patient's response and intervene to ensure optimal patient outcome.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes in accordance with nursing standards and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Promote, advocate, and collaborate to protect the health and safety and rights of each patient.

• A graduate of an accredited school of nursing or degree program.
• Current Colorado RN License or a Compact RN License from a NCLA Compact State.
• BLS certification credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• One year experience preferred Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to NICU.
