Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests. Your primary duties will include:

• Greet members and guests, assist with questions and concerns, and promote our Judgement Free Zone.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with their inquiries.
• Perform membership-related functions, such as sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and collecting unpaid balances.
• Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.
• Regularly clean and sanitize exercise equipment, Black Card spa amenities, and communal spaces.

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.
