Bakery Associate

About the Role: As a Cake Decorator at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing baked goods that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the bakery meets the member's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and tasks, and communicate effectively to provide excellent customer service.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, and follow recipe measurement instructions.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the bakery area, ensure quality and date control standards, and eliminate waste.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, interact with associates to understand roadblocks, and assist in training.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have 6 months of experience in a fresh production area and be at least 18 years old.
