Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team in Brookline, Massachusetts.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing cutting-edge technology to perform diagnostic imaging tests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical and research diagnostic molecular imaging testing, including general, cardiac, and PET studies.
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients and complete testing, including general, cardiac, and PET studies.
  • Operate imaging systems, including SPECT, SPECT/CT, Planar, PET, PET/CT, and PET/MR.
  • Ensure radiation safety techniques are followed, including the use of protective shielding and handling and disposal of radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely completion of diagnostic imaging tests.
  • Participate in on-the-job training of new hires and students.
Requirements
  • Radiologic technologist (Nuclear Medicine) license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • ARRT or NMTCB (NM) certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in nuclear medicine or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
