Job Title: Registered Nurse ICU Nights

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Tennova Healthcare - Clarksville. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our nursing unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, and perform various patient tests and administer medications as needed.
  • Promote patients' independence by teaching them and their families about self-care skills, medications, and condition management.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and adapts to changing situations and priorities.
Requirements:
  • Tennessee or compact state RN license in good standing.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing required, Bachelors preferred.
  • BLS certification required, ACLS certification required within 90 days.
  • 1-2 years recent ICU experience required.
