Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Enter and update account information for new enrollments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Eligibility Verification: Locate all lines of eligibility for patients, verifying coverage and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Claim Resolution: Resolve rejected pharmacy claims and document the steps taken in the enrollment process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • System Administration: Enter patient enrollment information into pharmacy operation systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Eligibility Requests: Submit eligibility requests through available portals to find insurance coverage information for new enrollments, streamlining the enrollment process.
  • Claim Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve pharmacy claim rejections for both new and refill patients, minimizing delays and ensuring timely payment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in pharmacy-related data entry and claim processing.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of medical insurance, including coverage options and regulatory requirements.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in typing, with a minimum speed of 40 WPM and high accuracy.
