Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Care Associate to join our team at Queen of the Valley Medical Center. As a Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the treatment and care of patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Perform basic patient care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Participate in patient education, promoting health and wellness.
Requirements
  • 3 months of experience in the medical field within the previous 2 years.
  • Acute care hospital experience preferred.
  • Ability to work under moderate supervision.
