Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to become a vital part of our healthcare team, delivering essential care to residents in alignment with their individualized care plans. In this role, you will oversee the daily nursing operations carried out by LPNs, MACs, and CNAs within assigned nursing units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily nursing activities during your assigned shift
  • Deliver comprehensive resident care, including evaluations, treatments, and medication administration
  • Engage in effective communication with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain accurate documentation of resident care activities and their outcomes
  • Conduct medication pass audits to ensure compliance and safety
  • Facilitate resident activities and promptly report any concerns to management

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the relevant state
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in a skilled nursing environment
  • CPR certification is required
  • Proficient computer skills are necessary

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to move about frequently throughout the workday
  • Capable of reaching, bending, and stooping as needed
  • Must have adequate vision and hearing capabilities
  • Ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 100 pounds
  • Expected to walk or stand for approximately 75% of the workday
  • Must be able to manage mental and emotional stress effectively
