Job Title: Part-time Audio Visual Technician

Department: Audio Visual

Reports to: A/V Manager/Director

Objective: To operate all equipment used in the development and delivery of audio visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Have prior knowledge of electronics and presentation software.
  • Understand technical diagrams and specifications.
  • Operate and maintain sound and video recording, mixing, and production equipment.
  • Work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide strong customer service skills and communicate effectively with members and guests.
  • Have prior experience with hotel conference, banquet, and meeting room audio visual equipment.
  • Have basic knowledge of signal flow, equipment set-ups, and maintenance.
  • Be able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Adhere to all company standards of conduct.
  • Have access to a car, as occasional travel to other locations may be required.
