Job Summary

Pacific Clinics is seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will work with children and families to provide comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and clinical interventions. You will also lead and facilitate cross-functional teams, facilitate group supervision, and support other social workers.

The ideal candidate will have a Master of Arts degree in Social Work or a closely related field, with three years of supervised clinical experience with children. California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is required. BBS registration is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply advanced use of assessment information in development of the treatment plan and apply information and resources to ensure quality care.
  • Apply advanced skill in acquisition and application of clinically related information to effectively intervene with children and families.
  • Understand and apply multi-modal approaches and perspectives to therapeutic direction.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring of others in the implementation of Evidence Based Practices.
  • Lead problem solving interaction and work with external customers.
  • Maintain audit ready charts and audits charts independently.
  • Provide observations and feedback to supervisor in order to monitor and/or modify programs or approaches.
  • Actively participate in the identification of team opportunities for improvement or identification of deficiencies and in the development of strategies to address or bridge gaps.
  • Lead Quality Improvement (CQI) activities and project implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Master of Arts degree in Social Work or a closely related field.
  • Three years of supervised clinical experience with children.
  • California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • BBS registration.

Must pass Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), and Child Abuse Index Check (CAIC) background clearance.

Valid California Driver's license with two years of experience driving and clean driving record may be required.
