Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of experienced professionals. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing applied behavior analysis therapy to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide training and support to behavior technicians, and collaborate with families to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Train and support behavior technicians
  • Collaborate with families to achieve their goals
  • Meet with the team to discuss client progress and develop strategies for improvement
Requirements
  • BCBA certification
  • LBA certification in Utah (out-of-state BCBAs will receive support in obtaining Utah licensure)
  • 3+ years' experience providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents
  • Ability to provide positive direction, support, and training to behavior technicians
  • Proficiency at organizing and managing work tasks and schedule, and meeting assigned deadlines
  • Experience developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans for ABA therapy
