Telemetry Nurse

At NavitsPartners, we are seeking a skilled Telemetry /Progressive Care LPN/RN to join our team.

The Telemetry /Progressive Care LPN/RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to telemetry/progressive care patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and experience with telemetry monitoring.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on the telemetry unit.
• Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs.
• Monitor patient responses to interventions and revise plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide education to patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Two years of experience in medical-surgical nursing, with at least one year of telemetry experience.
• IV insertion and phlebotomy skills.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• TCAR for surgery and conscious sedation certifications preferred.
