We are seeking a skilled Floor Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our hospital facilities.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide thorough and timely cleaning services to maintain clinical units/areas in an orderly, sanitary, and attractive condition.
  • Clean assigned areas using specified products and follow established procedures.
  • Remove bio-hazards (regulated medical waste) and regular waste to appropriate locations.
  • Transport trash safely and maintain trash containers in a clean and safe condition at all times.
  • Perform floor care duties, including carpet extraction and bonneting, floor scrubbing and buffing, and crystallizing and diamond cutting terrazzo floors.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
