About the Role:

As a Systems and Software Engineer, you will leverage your expertise to design, develop, implement, and maintain complex applications that adhere to compliance standards, hosted on public cloud platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, document, and architect application components, interfaces, data models, and security frameworks.
  • Develop, implement, and support Java-based solutions within a public cloud environment.
  • Assist in the migration and maintenance of CI/CD pipeline solutions.
  • Provide insights into technical design alternatives and their implications throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Support the administration and configuration of the platform, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Research and propose innovative solutions, evaluating product capabilities against internal requirements.
  • Independently manage medium-scale projects and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and architects, to create effective solutions.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and processes while working collaboratively with IT and business functions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Java and JavaScript, with experience in frameworks such as Spring and React.
  • Skilled in designing business functions, applications, and information architectures.
  • Experience with scripting languages including Groovy, Python, PowerShell, Bash, Golang, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Strong analytical skills in technical design and database access methods.
  • Hands-on experience with build tools and package managers like Maven, Gradle, NPM, and JSPM.
  • Familiarity with container technologies and stacks such as Nginx, Apache, Tomcat, Spring Boot, Docker, and Ubuntu.
  • Experience with tools like SonarQube, JFROG Artifactory, GitHub, and SecOps tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services, particularly AWS and Azure.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multiple teams for troubleshooting and support.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
