Experienced Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join our team at Ted B. Lyon & Associates. The successful candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation and will be responsible for supporting our attorneys in all phases of the litigation process.

• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing pleadings, discovery requests, and other court documents
• Organize and maintain case files, including electronic and hard copy files
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to gather information and evidence
• Attend trials and hearings as needed
• Perform various other litigation and pre-litigation duties as assigned

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation procedures
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro

• Experience with document management systems and e-filing
• Knowledge of Westlaw and ProLaw or other case management software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
