**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst - Budget Planning to join our team at Village Management Services, Inc. in Laguna Woods Village.

This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining annual and long-range organization budgets for the GR Foundation and all housing mutual corporations. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial planning, analysis, and budgeting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain annual and long-range organization budgets
  • Prepare and submit budget instructions to all divisions
  • Assist in presenting budget proposals to committees and boards
  • Monitor and report monthly on financial statements and ad hoc cost management reports

**Requirements:**

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with major course work in finance or accounting
  • Experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, and general ledger keeping
  • Knowledge of principles, procedures, and techniques of accounting and of financial records and transactions

**Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
