About the Opportunity- Board-certified or eligible GIs sought
- Shared call schedule with 1:4 ratio, potentially decreasing to 1:5 or 1:6
- Strong support from Advanced Practice providers
- 4.5-day workweek

- Multi-Specialty Physician-Owned group with 1000 employees and 180 providers, owning an ACO
- MGMA median base salary plus productivity incentives
