**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Oracle HCM Solutions Architect to join our team. As an Enterprise Oracle HCM Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying comprehensive Oracle HCM solutions across various modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, Recruitment, and other product lines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Solution Design: Architect comprehensive Oracle HCM solutions ensuring alignment with requirements and industry best practices.
  • Implementation Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with business and product teams to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM capabilities and best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Solution Architect with a focus on Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, Recruitment, and other modules (4+ years).
  • 10+ years of overall experience with HCM/HR solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and implementation methodologies.
  • Experience with data migration and integration tools.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $174,000 - $226,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
