Position Overview

Salary: $20 - $30/Hr.

Allegheny Contracting, LLC is actively seeking qualified candidates for full-time roles in the York, PA region. We are looking for Experienced Heavy Equipment Operators who possess a valid Class A CDL Driver License. This role offers competitive compensation along with comprehensive benefits and job security.

To qualify for the available positions, applicants must adhere to the following screening procedures:

  1. Complete all application questions thoroughly.
  2. Provide three (3) professional references.
  3. Participate in an assigned assessment test.
  4. Undergo a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
  5. Upon successful completion of the above steps, candidates will be contacted to arrange an in-person skills evaluation with our Field Trainer.
  6. After the skills assessment, if minimum qualifications are met, our Business Development Manager will reach out to schedule an in-person interview.
