About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Caregiver to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a Certified Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their dignity, privacy, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide various personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of care
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Prepare meals and special diets
  • Perform general housekeeping activities
  • Administer medications to clients, as delegated by a licensed nurse
  • Provide transportation assistance to and from activities
  • Offer compassionate companionship to patients

Requirements:

  • HS/GED preferred
  • Caregiver License required (HCA/CNA, renewed annually)
  • Ability to comply with BCCU background requirements
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Capable of working responsibly with confidential information

About All Ways Caring HomeCare:

We deliver quality, compassionate, and highly individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home. Our services include personal care and homemaking programs, professional nursing, geriatric care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, respite care, and other programs.

Salary Range: $21.37 - $24.23 per hour
