Forklift Driver Job Description

Eclipse Professional Services is seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to support our outbound and inbound deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the staging and loading areas organized and ensure a safe and orderly workspace.
  • Coordinate the staging and pulling of materials for trucks, ensuring accurate and efficient material movement.
  • Verify material from pick lists/BOL while loading trucks.
  • Coordinate loads of finished goods materials from outbound trucks or other transportation methods.
  • Meet scheduled deliveries and improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assure a smooth handoff from production to shipping and arrange quality checks before products are sent to customers.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (10-12 hours, including weekends as needed).
  • Ability to support other team members with assigned tasks.
  • Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to be a productive team member.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish-language proficiency is a plus.
