As a Server for Banquets, you will be responsible for providing exceptional event experiences for our members and guests. This role requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to members and guests during banquets and events
  • Learn and execute different service styles for buffet and plated dinners
  • Assist with side work, bussing tables, and cleaning of the event space
  • Participate in room set up and breakdown
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including frequent standing and walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly

Requirements:

  • TABC and Food Handler certifications
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
