We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our team at RK Mechanical. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of plumbing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbing crews to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Develop and implement effective project plans, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
- 5+ years of experience in plumbing installation and supervision
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
