Plumbing Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our team at RK Mechanical. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of plumbing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbing crews to ensure timely completion of projects
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
• Develop and implement effective project plans, including scheduling and resource allocation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

• 5+ years of experience in plumbing installation and supervision
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
