Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Compass House. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and safety of our premises.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Painting walls and ceilings to maintain a visually appealing atmosphere.
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Washing walls and floors to prevent dirt and grime buildup.
You will also be required to cut the lawn in the summer and shovel snow in the winter, perform minor repairs, purchase household supplies, and move furniture as necessary. This role offers a competitive annual salary range of $55,000-$70,000, dental insurance, health insurance, and paid time off.
