Job Description

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Mena, Arkansas. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.

The Occupational Therapist will work in accordance with the plan of care, using evidence-based techniques, and in coordination with other members of the healthcare team. This includes:

  • Evaluating the patient's functional status and occupational therapy needs
  • Consulting with physicians in the development of the therapy plan of care
  • Providing service within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing the practice of Occupational Therapy

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • CURRENT OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY LICENSURE IN THE STATE OF ARKANSAS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
