Clinical Recovery Services Specialist

We are seeking a qualified clinician to provide clinical recovery services to individuals in our Adult Community Clinical Services program. The successful candidate will lead clinical teams in developing comprehensive assessments and treatment plans that promote skills development and transition towards self-sufficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide short-term individual and group counseling services.
- Attend transitional and clinical treatment meetings in the community, including enrollment, intake, discharge, transfer, and other relevant events.
- Develop and monitor transition plans to support individuals experiencing life changes.
- Provide clinical oversight to integrated and GLE teams.
- Meet documentation standards for program requirements, completing necessary paperwork through ACCS and BH CP programs.
- Develop person-centered treatment plans with achievable goals, incorporating personal preferences and cultural needs.
- Meet with referred individuals within 72 hours to evaluate current risk and develop immediate needs.
- Develop crisis and risk management plans, as well as rapid housing plans using a Housing First Model.
- Coordinate completion of required evaluation tools, including Self-Sufficiency Matrix, Milestones of Recovery-MOR's, SBRIT, risk assessments, and other relevant documents.
- Develop and facilitate clinical-based trainings to integrated teams and GLE staff.
- Administer medications per MAP protocol, including medication administration for staff emergencies and coverage needs.
- Participate in regularly scheduled supervision.
- Attend required meetings and agency trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Support and maintain agency principles and policies.
- Communicate hopefulness and respect for individual rights.
- Work cooperatively with all staff.
- Represent the agency professionally in community contacts.
- A Master's degree is required; Massachusetts LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, O.T., or RN preferred.
- Knowledge of the Recovery Model is essential.
- Knowledge of community resources is necessary.
- Proficient computer skills in web-based email and data entry into spreadsheets and word processing documents.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills are highly valued.
- The ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team is crucial.
