Join Our Team as a Lead Cath Lab Tech

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cath Lab Tech to join our team at Methodist Hospital Westover Hills. As a key member of our cardiovascular team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

About the Role

The Lead Cath Lab Tech will be responsible for leading a team of invasive cardiovascular technologists and ensuring that all procedures are performed with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of invasive cardiovascular technologists and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure that all procedures are performed with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new procedures and protocols
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of one year of experience as an invasive cardiovascular technologist
  • An Associate Degree or equivalent in health, science, or a related field
  • Registration as a Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
