Advantage SCI is seeking a highly skilled Counterintelligence Specialist to support our government contract with the U.S. Army.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Counterintelligence (CI) support to a DOD Special Compartmented Information (SCI)/ Special Access Program (SAP)
  • Develop and present information and decision briefs, utilizing excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Conduct intelligence and threat analysis, leveraging current experience and knowledge with IC analyst tools and applications
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled counterintelligence and Due Diligence reviews of various operational functions, coordinating with governmental IC agencies to facilitate mission preparation
  • Assist in the analysis, coordination, and integration of intelligence information to assess developments, trends, and threat implications within critical geographical functional areas
  • Present a full range of CI briefings and reports, preparing and formulating operational and administrative correspondence as needed
  • Interface with the Intelligence Community as requested, updating Government databases, intelligence files, and other required documents to successfully complete the mission
  • Stay abreast of military, political-military, technical, and other developments to conduct valid threat assessments, maintaining office files and preparing administrative reports
  • Support customer's Signature Reduction (SIGREDUX) efforts as needed, protecting Critical Information as defined in unit Cl and Intelligence Oversight guides
  • Perform other CI functions as designated, possessing and maintaining a current Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Meet the requirements of four (4) years' experience in a government-related field, with at least two (2) years' experience in liaison between government agencies and conducting CI analysis and/or All-Source of programs and operations
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with various types of analyst tools and classified message databases
Working Conditions:
  • Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis
  • Able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally
  • Noise level: Low to moderate
