Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Assist clients with vehicle and equipment leasing, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leases.
  • Software Utilization: Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for tracking, reporting, and communication tasks.
  • Process Adherence: Learn and adhere to company procedures and software systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide engaging customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
  • Professional Standards: Adhere to all company policies and maintain a high standard of professionalism.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in vehicle or equipment leasing or a similar role.
  • Dependability: Proven track record of dependability and longevity in previous roles.
  • Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
