As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for the physical therapy management of patients, working closely with our Director, Assistant Director, and Clinical Supervisor to ensure the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients and interpret examination findings to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction, restoring their abilities to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve established goals, taking into account the patient's age, medical history, and condition.
- Administer or prescribe modalities and other physical agents, as well as exercise programs and patient care programs.
- Demonstrate professional competence and clinical reasoning in assessing patients' conditions at the onset and through all phases of skilled physical therapy.
- Regularly reassess clinical signs and symptoms to determine the effectiveness of treatment, progression towards goals, and the need for modification of treatment and/or goals.
- Completion of an accredited PT training program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Physical Therapist License - Applicant (California) required at hire OR Physical Therapist License (California) required at hire.
- National Provider Identifier required at hire.
- Basic Life Support required at hire from American Heart Association.
