We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Frontall USA LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our electrical and instrumentation systems.
Key Responsibilities- Electrical Systems Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical power systems, including high-voltage systems, to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Instrumentation Systems Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair process instrumentation controls, including valves, level temperature, flow, pH, conductivity, and consistency transmitters.
- Conduit and Cable Installation: Run conduit, pull wire, and install electrical panels and junction boxes to support electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Variable Frequency Drives and PLC Programming: Configure and troubleshoot variable frequency drives and program logic controllers to optimize system performance.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and instrumentation systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a journeyman electrician in a heavy industrial environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Skills: Competence in high-voltage systems, MCC, VFD, PLC, and DCS systems; experience with Siemens and Allen Bradley systems; ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, high temperatures, and loud noises.
