Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled BTE Body Technician to join our team at Bruckner Truck Sales, Inc. As a BTE Body Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality repairs and maintenance for our customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and initiate the repair process, determining their needs and conveying this information onto the repair order.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and coworkers to ensure a positive and constructive experience.
  • Document requests from customers, including determining method of payment, arrangements for vehicle pickup or delivery, and authorizations.
  • Acquire customer approvals, provide estimates, book and close service tickets, and assist with closing other repair orders as needed.
  • Answer incoming service phone calls and maintain product knowledge as the liaison between the Service Department and customers.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact well with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
  • Ability to pass a physical, including a drug test, and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Essential ability to climb around, on, and under trucks to inspect and diagnose problems and repairs.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds to the waist and 25 pounds to the shoulder.
