Ensures that preventive maintenance on the restaurant's facilities and equipment is carried out.

Inspires and guides team members to surpass customer expectations by delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service.

  • TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Offers coaching and constructive feedback to enhance the capabilities and performance of the restaurant team.

  • OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Guides the restaurant team towards the efficient preparation and sale of menu items.

Ensures that the restaurant adheres to operational and brand standards.

Fulfills the duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least eighteen years old.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; 2 years of college education is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a quick-service restaurant environment; management experience is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of profit and loss management.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Solid grasp of customer service principles.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capability to work extended or irregular shifts as required.
