Job Description

**About the Role**

As a Prep Cook at Domino's Pizza LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking food, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Safety and Handling: Ensure that all food safety guidelines are followed, including proper storage, handling, and preparation of ingredients.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and inspect deliveries, check for damage or missing goods, and date and store products accordingly.
  • Preparation and Cooking: Prepare ingredients according to Domino's standards, proof dough, and maintain proper temperatures for food preparation.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including the prep area and any areas where food may be exposed.
  • Inventory Restocking: Restock dipping cups, soda machines, and boxes as needed.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to management.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Relevant training will be provided on the job.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong problem-solving and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to food safety and quality.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand or walk for 8-10 hour shifts, lift at least 30 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
